Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Head Swim Coach/Swim Coach. This position will help manage our swim program for the upcoming summer season. The season begins the Tuesday after Memorial Day and runs through the middle of August.

Essential Functions:

• Supporting  the recruitment of  swimmers including encouraging potential swimmers as well as retaining existing swimmers
• Supporting weekday morning practices and afternoon practices
• Teaching and development of  skills
• Safety of swimmers
• Liaison with other swim team coaches regarding participation and social activities

Requirements:

• CPR Certified
• 2+ Years' experience in a coaching position
• Excellent communication skills
